Except as otherwise expressly permitted under Russian copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express permission of LDS and the copyright owner.
In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made.
Any unlawful use of the website can result in legal action.
These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

LDS suggests to watch over children when they use the website, LDS is not responsible for consequences of children’s access to the website.

LDS.agency encourages free re-use of its materials for non-commercial purposes. All content published on the LDS.agency web page, such as texts, articles, official publications and other documents, with exceptions listed below, can be reused without any payment or written license, provided that:
